We are looking for a Recruiter +
As a recruiter + you are responsible for the recruitment and selection process. You manage recruitment in the broadest sense and support the Management team on multiple elements of managing and coordinating the end to end process of attaining the best and most fun colleagues.
This means you investigate the needs of management in terms of roles and translate them into concrete and well-defined career opportunities and you have creative ways to find candidates.
For that you make use of relevant platforms, manage all the communications with candidates (which also could be freelance consultants for specific projects), identify and address issues and improve the process, screen and take in candidates. Everything with growth in mind!
Together with Marketing you come up with ideas to improve the branding of our company for future employees and investigate what it takes to be a fun & modern employer, so to guarantee we can fill our positions and retain our colleagues for as long as possible because they feel part of the (work-) family.

What we would like to see in you:
- A positive, ambitious and can do-mentality
- A high sense of responsibility and self-starting qualities
- You can work independently but are a team player as well
- Experience with Recruiment tools, Software and Socials or quick to learn
- Relevant working experience
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus
- Diploma or having studied Marketing, Communication, Commerce or relevant other areas
